Dear Patient,

patient survey

We are currently looking to set up a patient participation group for West Herts Medical Centre in order to gain registered patients’ views on the service we provide as a GP practice. By listening to and involving patients we aim to enhance the service and improve overall patient satisfaction.

To start with this will be a virtual patient participation group where registration and questionnaires can be completed online. Questionnaires will also be provided by your GP which after completion will be handed into reception. You can choose to fill in a contact details form if you are happy for us to contact you periodically via email regarding your views and opinions of our service. West Herts Medical Centre email address is also available for any comments you wish you leave.

We then intend to expand this to a “real” patient participation group where registered members will meet monthly to discuss different topics patients have expressed they feel strongly about.
